Today a global leader in strategic workforce solutions, Right Management was established in 1980 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. Not only have we grown our footprint geographically, we have expanded our talent and career management capabilities to meet the needs of our clients as they strategically manage their workforce.

 

The Local Story

Right Management has an extensive track record of working across the UK’s diverse industries and sectors. From our 15 regional offices we deliver expert, forward looking consultancy services to large employers, SME’s and public sector clients.

As leaders in our field, we were one of the first organisations to gain the matrix standard in October 2002, and have continued to achieve reaccreditation with this important industry kite mark that focuses on ensuring the quality of information, advice and guidance for the support and development of people is of the highest standard.

Right Management is also a member of the Management Consultancy Association and takes a leading role in Business in the Community, the largest business membership organisation committed to social responsibility and linking policy makers and business leaders to influence the workplace agenda.
