Practice Leader - Career Management
Nicola is responsible for the management and quality of our career management services within the UK and Ireland region. This includes the planning and implementation of career decision, redeployment, outplacement, and retirement services, drawing upon over 250 employees and 500 associate consultants who work for Right Management in this region.
Nicola is a Subject Matter Expert for Workforce Transition Services including Redeployment and Career Decision. She also has extensive experience in sales and has been an Account Director for several major accounts in the UK for organisations in both the Private and Public Sectors.
Nicola joined Right in 1999 as a Business Development Manager responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts in the North West of the UK, promoted to Business Development Director in 2001. She has extensive knowledge of the market place and a wide network of contacts. In 2006 she was appointed Practice Leader for the UK and Ireland.
Previous career roles span 20 years experience of working as a Human Resources and Organisational Development Professional within organisations from sectors such as Security Services, Retail, Electronics and Professional Services. Nicola is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a Board member of the Centre for Professional, Personnel & Development at Manchester Metropolitan University.
