Sandra is a chartered member of the CIPD and has more than 20 years experience in generalist HR roles for a variety of industries including manufacturing, food retailing, distribution and financial services.
Sandra’s experience has enabled her to hone decision making skills, resilience and a good working knowledge of employment law. Whilst working for Nestle UK Ltd, she was involved in projects linked to employee health and wellbeing and preparing the business for the launch of a HR shared service centre. As a result of working in financial services she was able to expand her experience further in learning and development, reward strategies, employee survey / engagement and work with executive and non executive directors in a highly regulated environment.
Sandra joined Right Management in October 2007 and since that time has expanded the HR team to support within the organisation, launched a Wellness and Productivity Management initiative across the UK and Ireland and has developed innovative practices alongside our subject matter experts to ensure we continue to develop and grow our own talent.
