Will works very closely with the General Manager and has primary responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of our operations in the UK and Ireland region with particular emphasis on service delivery and various support functions.
He joined Right Management in September 2002 as UK Finance Director and held that post until February 2006 when he was seconded to the ManpowerGroup Corporate Office to help manage a global efficiency program – taking responsibility for managing the program across all ManpowerGroup entities within EMEA.
After the successful conclusion of that project in early 2007, Will took on a role within the Right Management corporate finance group and was subsequently appointed to his current role in November of that year. Will started his career at KPMG where he worked for seven years, latterly as an audit and transaction services manager. He has extensive experience of working with clients across a wide range of industries both in the UK and overseas, with particular focus on the IT, Communications, Entertainment and Business Services sectors. Will left KPMG in 2000 to become the CFO of a fast-growing software development company where he developed his commercial and general management skills prior to joining Right Management in September 2002.
Will is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the ICAEW since 1996, he also holds an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of Bath in the UK and the ENPC in Paris.
Outside of work, Will is an active father and enjoys cycling and cooking.
