Overview

Sarah joined Right Management in 2009 as a Career Management Principal Consultant. As part of her current role she has coached a wide range of individuals from graduates, Middle Managers to Chief Executives, across Private and Public Sector organisations including Financial and Professional Services, Pharmaceutical, Utility, Education and the NHS. 

Prior to joining Right Management, Sarah worked as an independent HR Consultant for over 20 years. During this time she frequently coached Senior Leaders both face to face and remotely by proving them with feedback following a Leadership Development Centres, incorporating Psychometric instruments.

Sarah is comfortable working across cultures and her global experience extends across all European Countries where she has successfully delivered competency based Interview Training, lead Assessment Centres for Selection and Development Centres for High Potentials and Coached individuals who are consider a career change. 

She is passionate about providing individuals with the opportunity to discover their strengths and gets personal satisfactions from seeing others grow in confidence.
