With a remit for developing best practices in Career Management, he works to ensure clients have seamless end to end processes encompassing communication strategies, project planning, project implementation and management information.
Craig has significant experience in managing large scale complex projects; especially those relating to organisational change and restructuring. He has worked across both Public and Private Sectors. Clients have included those from the NHS, Councils, Financial Services, Aerospace and Defence, Manufacturing, Utilities, Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Craig joined Right Management in 1998 as Regional Manager North before becoming a Sales Director in 2003. He was appointed to Head of Service Delivery (North) in 2005 and now hold the position of Operations Director. Prior to joining Right Management, Craig held a number of managerial positions within the Banking Sector both in Operations and HR. While in HR, Craig covered all aspects of general HR before specialising in Assessment and Development, Executive Development, Succession Planning and Performance Management.
