Natalie has worked with Right Management since 2012, coming from the public sector where she spent six years analysing and cataloguing complex sensitive data and writing detailed reports for key stakeholders. Prior to this Natalie won a number of awards for her successful implementation of ISO 9001 Management Systems into small-to-medium businesses.
Natalie has held a number of roles within Right Management, initially working exclusively on the Career Transition Partnership contract before expanding her expertise to support the wider Right Management UK business. Natalie leads the Quality and Compliance team who are responsible for ensuring Right Management maintain compliance with client contracts, data privacy regulations, internal policies, processes and ISO audits. The team also provide customer feedback monitoring and reporting, data analysis and trend research support to the wider business.
To ensure Right Management UK remain compliant with data privacy law, Natalie works collaboratively with ManpowerGroup Data Privacy and Information Security colleagues across Europe and North America.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree from John Moore’s University, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) Foundation & Practitioner qualifications.
